B.Sc Nursing with a 6-month Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from a recognized institute (from 2020 onwards),

OR

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with the same CCH certificate (from 2020 onwards),

OR

B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / GNM with a completed CCH certificate (from 2020 onwards).

• Note :- Candidates should be registered with Indian Nursing Council / Any State Nursing Council at the time of applying.
